The system is provided by an enclosure having a base having a proximal end and a distal end, the base structured and arranged to receive a syringe having a plunger slidably disposed within a chamber having an outlet, the chamber having a length and a diameter, the plunger having a head; a pusher in sliding engagement with the base, the pusher structured and arranged to contact the head of the plunger; a puller in sliding engagement with the base; a sizer structured and arranged to determine the size of the chamber; an adjustable driver structured and arranged to provide a constant force between the pusher and the puller, the constant force adjustably selected by the size of the chamber. An associated method of use is provided as well.
