  • Publication number: 20250148431
Abstract: Systems and methods for an agent-based carbon emission reduction system. A carbon product of a supply chain system can be limited below a carbon product threshold by performing a corrective action to monitored entities based on a calculated carbon emission. The carbon emission can be calculated based on carbon-relevant data and a calculation route by utilizing an agent-based simulation model that simulates a learned relationship between a supply chain system and the carbon-relevant data. The calculation route can be determined based on the carbon-relevant data based on a relevance of a carbon product contribution of monitored entities to a goal of the monitored entities. Carbon-relevant data can be extracted from the monitored entities.

Abstract: Methods and systems for determining random variation in one or more structures on a specimen are provided. One method includes determining characteristic(s) of output generated by an output acquisition subsystem for structure(s) formed on a specimen and simulating the characteristic(s) of the output with initial parameter values for the structure(s). The method also includes determining parameter values of the structure(s) formed on the specimen as the initial parameter values that resulted in the simulated characteristic(s) that best match the determined characteristic(s). The determined parameter values are responsive to random variation in parameter(s) of the structure(s) on the specimen.

  • Patent number: 12282363
Abstract: A portable information handling system supports a flexible OLED display film over housing portions rotationally coupled by a hinge by folding the OLED display film over the hinge. Hinge brackets that couple to the housing portions each have a helical member that extends into an associated helical guide of the hinge main body. Hinge bracket rotation translates through the helical guides for synchronized housing rotation. The hinge main body has first and second circular portions extending along its length to define first and second rotation axes about which the hinge brackets pivot so that the display film has space to fold in the closed position.

  • Publication number: 20250107479
Abstract: Systems and methods herein present a multi-modal model, or insight miner, for agricultural use. The model is used for generating actionable insights from time-series agricultural data. To do so, a control system of a farming machine includes the insight miner and a training module. The miner ingests agricultural information (e.g., time series field measurements), identifies trends in the time-series data (e.g., increasing, decreasing, etc.), and determines potential farming actions to take based on identified trends. To do so, the model generates visual representations of the time-series data, inputs the visual representations into a model to obtain a natural language description of that data, and enact farming actions based on the insights obtained. The training module trains the model by generating visual representation and natural language pairs, which are used to train the model.

  • Patent number: 12259516
Abstract: Described herein are systems and techniques for improving an accuracy of determinations made using data sensed in a wellbore or in a laboratory. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) sensing devices may be used to collect data in a wellbore or lab. NMR sensing devices include a magnet (e.g., a permanent magnet or electromagnet) that provides a magnetic field that aligns the spins of protons in substances near the NMR sensing device. The magnetic field strength provided by the magnet of the NMR sensing device affects the sensitivity of the NMR sensing device and affects frequencies that the NMR sensing device effectively uses when the NMR sensing device operates. Systems and techniques of the present disclosure may measure concentrations of lithium in brine deposits when identifying particular brine deposits that include sufficient lithium concentrations to justify extracting lithium from those particular brine deposits.

The method includes determining if a virtual meeting has begun and if a user is available or attentive based on one or more sensors, including a webcam, a Bluetooth controller, an infrared camera, a proximity detector, and a microphone connected to the user device. When it is determined that the user is insufficiently available or attentive, a recording of the virtual meeting is started. A user attention status may be reassessed periodically, and the recording continues as long as the user remains insufficiently available or attentive. Once the user is determined to be available, the recording is ended.
