Publication number: 20240320565Abstract: Feature engineering, for example, in automated machine learning, can include receiving streaming data representing at least one attribute detected by a sensor over time. Long term point statistics associated with the streaming data can be computed. The streaming data can be quantized into intervals of time windows and short term point statistics based on the intervals can be computed. The long term point statistics and the short term point statistics can be normalized. Dynamic time warping can be applied across the normalized long term point statistics and short term point statistics. A pair of probability distributions can be generated associated with the dynamic time warped normalized long term point statistics and short term point statistics. Based on distance between the mean values of the probability distributions, machine learning input features can be produced. The machine learning input features can be fed to train a machine learning model for detecting anomaly.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 23, 2023Publication date: September 26, 2024Inventors: Kunal Sawarkar, Shivam Raj Solanki, Christopher Chen, Amit P. Patent number: 11610677Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for analyzing health information to generate medical assessments are described. Health information may include any type of information associated with the health or physical characteristics of a patient. Non-limiting examples of medical assessments include medical diagnoses, medical orders, and risk assessments. A health information analysis system may access health information associated with a patient and provide a medical assessment based on various analyses of the health information. The health information analysis system may receive feedback associated with the medical assessments, such as historical information and/or user input regarding the accuracy or completeness of the medical assessment. The feedback may be used by the health information analysis system to update the analyses of the health information.Type: GrantFiled: December 6, 2018Date of Patent: March 21, 2023Assignee: Chen Technology, Inc.Inventors: Christopher Chen, James J. Publication number: 20220397580Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to the field of neurology. In particular, the disclosure relates to a method of detecting a neurodegenerative disease in a subject and methods of treatment thereof. The methods include detecting the level of an exosome-bound aggregated biomarker in a sample obtained from the subject, wherein an increased level of the exosome-bound aggregated biomarker as compared to a reference indicates that the subject is suffering from a neurodegenerative disease. Also described are methods for detecting a subject at risk of developing amyloidosis or a neurodegenerative disease, methods for detecting and treating amyloidosis or a neurodegenerative disease in a subject, and methods of determining the aggregation state of a biomarker in a sample.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 30, 2020Publication date: December 15, 2022Inventors: Huilin SHAO, Zhi Jun Carine LIM, Yan ZHANG, Li-Hsian Christopher CHEN, Tze Ping LOH

Publication number: 20220029900Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for detecting sources of computer network failures. One of the methods includes identifying a network flow in a computer network between a source and a destination; performing a first probe to determine whether there is end-to-end connectivity between the source and the destination; in response to determining that there is no end-to-end connectivity between the host and the destination, performing one or more additional probes including a second probe to determine whether each hop in the path of the network flow between the source and the destination is operational including requesting that the source transmit a respective first trace diagnostic packet to each hop in the path of the network flow; and determining whether at least one link of the computer network that is part of the path of the network flow has failed based on the results.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 16, 2021Publication date: January 27, 2022Inventors: Anatole Shaw, Anthony Roberts, Berk D.
