These techniques may include receiving selection of a video content item previously uploaded to a SMP server application corresponding to the SMP client application, and presenting a graphical user interface (GUI) for receiving one or more derivative attributes for generating a derivative video sticker from the video content item. In addition, the techniques may include adding the derivative video sticker to a library of stickers provided by the SMP server application to a plurality of SMP client applications, and presenting the derivative video sticker within a communication interface associated with the SMP server application.

Abstract: Various arrangements for using captured voice to generate a custom interface controller are presented. A vocal recording from a user may be captured in which a spoken command and multiple smart-home devices are indicated. One or more common functions that map to the multiple smart-home devices may be determined. A custom interface controller may be generated that controls the one or more common functions of each smart-home device of the multiple smart-home devices.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the preparation of human basic fibroblast growth factor by using Bacillus subtilis and endonuclease. Specifically, the present invention provides a nucleic acid construct, which comprises an insert, and the insert comprises, from the 5? end to the 3? end, a polynucleotide sequence that encodes a short peptide affinity tag, a trans-splicing intein derived from Anabaena and an exogenous polypeptide; and wherein the short peptide affinity tag serves as an N-terminal extein of the trans-splicing intein, and the exogenous polypeptide serves as a C-terminal extein of the trans-splicing intein. The present invention further provides an expression vector and a host cell that comprise the construct, and a method for producing and purifying foreign proteins.
