  • Publication number: 20240002744
Abstract: Implementations of the disclosed subject matter provide a lubricating composition for use as a transmission fluid in an electric vehicle. The lubricating composition may include at least 70 wt %, based on the overall weight of the lubricating composition, of a biodegradable ester base oil with a kinematic viscosity at 100° C. in the range of 2.5 to 7.0 mm2/s. The ester is biodegradable according to OECD test guidelines series 301. The composition may also include at least 0.5 wt % and no more than 10 wt %, based on the overall weight of the lubricating composition, of a viscosity index improver which is at least one high viscosity ester with a kinematic viscosity at 100° C. of at least 1000 mm2/s; an anti-foam additive selected from silicone oil based antifoam additives and polyacrylate antifoam additives. Also disclosed is a process for lubricating an electric vehicle drive train comprising a transmission by applying the lubricating composition to the transmission.

  • Publication number: 20220300946
Abstract: A method may include: receiving, from a client, a request to pay a supplier for a transaction using a virtual card account number; providing the virtual card account number to a payment provider information processing apparatus for the issuer; processing the transaction with a merchant acquirer information processing apparatus that settles the transaction with the issuer information processing apparatus over a payment network and the payment network without charging an interchange fee; sending payment for the transaction to the merchant acquirer information processing apparatus; sending the payment to the payment provider information processing apparatus that does not charge an acquisition fee; receiving the payment, deducting a discount rate from the payment, and depositing the payment minus the discount rate to a supplier merchant account; and issuing a payout from a supplier merchant account to a supplier bank account.

  • Patent number: 9894311
Abstract: In a wireless transmission system, a transmitter sends a plurality of data packets to a receiver. The transmitter identifies channel quality indicators corresponding to properties of a communication channel between the transmitter and the receiver. During operation, the transmitter adjusts one or more parameters that affect the Quality of Service (QoS) of data transmission between the transmitter and receiver to enable data transmission at different quality levels over a range of channel quality levels. In one embodiment, the transmitter sends data packets corresponding to video from a camera to the receiver.
