Patent number: 11957246Abstract: A chair with a transom, a seat support, a back portion, and a combined rock and recline mechanism. The combined rock and recline mechanism has front and rear rocking arrangements configured to enable the seat support and back portion to together rock generally forward and rearward from a neutral position relative to the transom, and a recline arrangement that is configured such that the seat support is in a first at-rest position relative to the back portion when the back portion is in an upright position, and such that reclining the back portion rearwardly from the upright position toward a reclined position moves the seat support upward and rearward from the first at-rest position.Type: GrantFiled: July 21, 2021Date of Patent: April 16, 2024Assignee: Formway Furniture LimitedInventors: Christopher Warren Bisman, James Clifford Prier, Fabian David Haarbeck, Paul Michael Wilkinson, Damon Gregory Burwell, Hugh Thomas Mccoshim, Leon Harley Craze, Rachael Jessica Hall

Patent number: 11888839Abstract: A system and method for secure authentication of user entity and user entity device identity. The system and method described herein allows an identity to be continuously proven because of user entity's behavior and their biometrics. With all the fraud and risk that exists today, if someone has a user entity's driver's license they can do a lot of harm. A primary identity provider passes user contextual and behavioral information to third party secondary identity providers to allow risk based continuous authentication and step up post-authorization authentication or termination of session as required upon detection of an anomaly.Type: GrantFiled: January 9, 2023Date of Patent: January 30, 2024Assignee: SecureAuth CorporationInventors: Shahrokh Shahidzadeh, Nadal Shahidzadeh, Christopher Clifford, Haitham Akkary, Seyedamir Karimikho

Patent number: 11699017Abstract: This application discloses a computing system to identify structures of an integrated circuit capable of being fabricated utilizing a lithographic mask described by mask layout data and to generate process windows for the identified structures based, at least in part, on the mask layout data and a failure definition for the identified structures. The computing system utilizes process windows for the identified structures to determine failure rates for the identified structures based on a distribution of the manufacturing parameters. The computing system determines frequency of occurrences for the identified structures from the mask layout data and generates a die yield metric for the integrated circuit by aggregating the failure rates for the identified structures based on the frequency of occurrences for the identified structures in the integrated circuit. These increases in yield of the integrated circuit allow manufacturers to produce more units per fixed processing cost of the wafer.Type: GrantFiled: August 23, 2019Date of Patent: July 11, 2023Assignee: Siemens Industry Software Inc.Inventors: Young Chang Kim, John L. Sturtevant, Andrew Burbine, Christopher Clifford

Patent number: 11023644Abstract: This application discloses a computing system implementing an optical proximity correction model calibration tool to determine parameters for gauges describing features of an integrated circuit. The gauges include values corresponding to measurements collected for a set of the features. The optical proximity correction model calibration tool can ascertain densities of the gauges based on the measurements associated with the parameters for the gauges, and set weights for the gauges based, at least in part, on the densities. The optical proximity correction model calibration tool can calibrate an optical proximity correction (OPC) model using the weights for the gauges. The OPC model calibrated with the weights of the gauges can be utilized to predict of a printed image on a substrate described by a mask layout design corresponding to the integrated circuit.Type: GrantFiled: August 19, 2020Date of Patent: June 1, 2021Assignee: Siemens Industry Software Inc.Inventors: Germain Louis Fenger, Andrew Burbine, Christopher Clifford

Patent number: 6367758Abstract: A vehicle seat assembly includes a seat bottom and a seat back supported for movement relative to the seat bottom such that seat position can be adjusted forwardly or rearwardly with respect to the vehicle. The seat assembly is mounted to a vehicle structure and includes a first track and a second track supported for movement relative to the first track with the seat bottom being supported on the second track for movement with the second track. A support member presents a bearing surface that rotatably engages a bearing surface on the second track. At least one adjustment link is used to interconnect the support member and the seat bottom. The adjustment link is mounted on the support member for rotation therewith to provide vertical seat adjustment. A torque tube engages the support member to provide rotational input to the adjustment link.Type: GrantFiled: October 29, 1999Date of Patent: April 9, 2002Assignee: Dura Global TachnologiesInventors: Pascal E. Patent number: 6312037Abstract: A vehicle seat mounting assembly includes a mounting pin rotatably retained in a support foot to removably retain a seat track assembly to a vehicle floor member. The support foot is located on the vehicle floor member and the mounting pin is moved downward through a slot in the vehicle floor member. The mounting pin is rotated within the support foot and released such that the biasing member moves the mounting pin upward into a receipt member. Another embodiment of the vehicle seat mounting assembly includes a pin having an engagement surface. The mounting pin is passed through the vehicle floor member an into a receipt member. To retain the mounting pin in the receipt member, a spring biased locking member engages the engagement surface of the mounting pin.Type: GrantFiled: November 4, 1999Date of Patent: November 6, 2001Assignee: Dura Global TechnologiesInventors: Pascal E.
