  • Patent number: 11752339
Abstract: Systems and methods of generating and applying a synthetic neuromodulatory signal are described. A subject may be put under a particular condition that causes an effect in the subject. While the subject is under the condition, a recording of neurogram signals derived from the condition can be made from the subject. For example, neuronal signals traveling on the vagus nerve of the subject may be monitored and recorded. The neurogram may then be used to create a synthetic neuromodulatory signal that can be administered to a user. When the synthetic neuromodulatory signal is administered to the user, the user may experience the same effect as the subject that had been placed in the condition, even though the user was never put under the same condition.

  • Patent number: 11755978
Abstract: An end-user device operable in a retail store records a voice conversation held in the retail store. The recording is transmitted to a server for comparing it to recordings of other conversations from a plurality of other retail stores. The server makes a recommendation based on the comparing. Embodiments of the invention are also directed to an analytics system that collects real-time metrics data for various virtual or physical retail stores associated with a plurality of contact centers. The system performs real-time analytics of the collected metrics data for identifying a product or service. The processor modifies, based on the real-time analytics, a prior service or product to be offered by a particular retail store, with the identified service or product. The processor pushes the modified service or product for display on the end-user device use in the particular retail store.

  • Patent number: 11557227
Abstract: A machine and its modules assist in steganography for an animal. A steganography module applies behavioral sequencing to create a cover message and a hidden message to covertly pass information from one animal to another animal, with the information embedded in an individual's brain. A visual module references the steganography module to cause a sequence of visual images on a display screen to guide a motor sequence of an individual as the cover message as well as detect and communicate a timing of the individual's motor sequence, relative in timing, to visual images in the sequence of visual images being displayed on the display screen, in order to train in the cover message and hidden message. The hidden message is then extracted at a destination from a sensor monitoring the individual's sequence of motor actions.

  • Patent number: 11340875
Abstract: A method, apparatus and system for enabling the searchable storage of sequential application programs includes normalizing the sequential application programs, canonicalizing the sequential application programs, determining a unique identifier for each of the sequential application programs, and storing the unique identifier for each of the sequential application programs. The stored, unique identifier for the canonicalized sequential application programs can then be searched to, for example, determine if a sequential application program is stored and/or to certify at least one of the stored, canonicalized sequential application programs.

  • Publication number: 20210124843
Abstract: A method for protecting personal data pursuant to behavioral factors unique to a first customer. The method includes: storing a customer profile of the first customer that includes transaction data from transactions with entities; providing a personal assistant that is configured to access the customer profile pursuant to engagement rules to conduct the transactions; updating the customer profile pursuant to a first new transaction; generating a predictor from the updated customer profile, the predictor including knowledge about the first customer derived from the updated customer profile including a behavioral factors attributable to the first customer given a characteristic related to the first new transaction; augmenting the customer profile by storing therein the predictor, wherein the predictor: modifies at least one of the rules of the engagement rules and links the behavioral factor to the characteristic of the first transaction.

  • Patent number: 10607167
Abstract: Systems and methods are shown for routing task objects to multiple agents that involve receiving and storing real-time sensor data for multiple agents, receiving tasks and, for each task, create a task object representing the task and placing the task object in an input buffer. For each task object in the input buffer, utilize the real-time sensor data to identify one or more of the multiple agents as suitable for assignment to the task, apply a routing strategy to the task object to further select one of the multiple agents identified as suitable for assignment of the task object based on sensor data, and route the task object from the input buffer to a workbin corresponding to the selected agent.

  • Patent number: 10346785
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a system and method for collecting and analyzing data from a plurality of contact center tenants. A processor collects from a plurality of source devices over a data communication network, real-time metrics data for a plurality of contact centers. The real-time metrics data relates to a plurality of contact center factors. The processor stores the collected real-time metrics data in the data store, and generates benchmark data based on the collected real-time metrics data. The processor determines, for a particular contact center of the plurality of contact centers, performance of the contact center relative to the benchmark data. The processor further outputs a recommendation based on the comparison.
