  • Publication number: 20260118178
Abstract: The invention provides methods and apparatus comprising a laser source that uses a single unfocused pulse of a low intensity but high power laser over a large sample area to collect Raman scattered collimated light, which is then Rayleigh filtered and focused using a singlet lens into a stacked fiber bundle connected to a customized spectrograph, which separates the individual spectra from the scattered wavelengths using a hybrid diffraction grating for collection onto spectra-specific sections of an array photodetector to measure spectral intensity and thereby identify one or more compounds in the sample.

  • Patent number: 12514233
Abstract: An automated cat toy comprises a belt circulated by a motor between a drive shaft and an idler pully, and an extension that is alternately flung outward from the belt and then withdrawn into the toy. The belt is formed by joining one end of a strap to an intermediate attachment point thereof, with the remainder of the strap becoming the extension. A pet proximity sensor, such as a PIR sensor, enables a controller to monitor proximity and movements of a pet. An operating mode of the toy can be varied according to the sensed pet movements, and/or instructions and/or a designated pet personality type received wirelessly from a user. Usage data, such as calories burned, can be transmitted wirelessly to the user. RFID tags worn by pets can enable the controller to optimize the operating mode and report usage data separately for each of a plurality of pets.

  • Publication number: 20210205675
Abstract: A golf club includes a golf club head with a loft at least 40 degrees and a weight member movably coupled to a rear surface. In a first configuration, the golf club head has a first center of gravity, CG1, and a first moment of inertia about a vertical axis therethrough, Izz1, and a first swingweight, SW1. In a second configuration, the golf club head has a second center of gravity, CG2, and a second moment of inertia about a vertical axis therethrough, Izz2, that is at least 500 g*cm2 greater than Izz1, and a second swingweight, SW2 that is within 1.75 inch-oz of SW1. In another aspect, when a weight member is in a second position at least 2 cm away from a first position, the golf club has a second swingweight SW2 that is within 1.75 inch-oz of a first swingweight SW1 for the first position.

  • Patent number: 10981039
Abstract: A main body of a golf club head includes a topline portion, a sole portion, a heel portion, a toe portion, a striking face defining a face plane, and a rear surface opposite the striking face. A track member is at least partially nonparallel to the face plane and extends across at least a portion of the rear surface. A weight member is translatable along the track member such that the golf club head has a first center of gravity (CG) defining a first CG depth when the weight member is located in a first position, and a second CG defining a second CG depth when the weight member is located in a second position farther from the striking face than the first position. The second CG depth is greater than the first CG depth, with the CG depth measured normal to the face plane.
