Abstract: A multifunctional folding chair that may be used by spectators at many types of events, including sporting events, camping, tailgating, and the like. The folding chair may include height adjustable legs that allow the seat to be used on uneven surfaces and to be adjustable for various users (e.g., for children and adults). The height adjustable legs may be capable of being secured substantially flush with the base of the seat when not needed (e.g., when used on bleachers).
