    Abstract: A luminaire assembly has a housing including a number of circumferential slots in which the handles of shutter blades are arranged to be slidable. The edges of adjacent slots are radially overlapped around the circumference of the luminaire housing so that each handle may be manipulated over an angular range approaching or exceeding 360/n, where n is the number of slots and/or shutter blades.
