  • Publication number: 20240112767
Abstract: Systems and methods for maintaining an electronic health records system, including a server storing a medical records database. Requests for medical data for a patient in a master problem list are received from a user device, and appropriate list permissions are determined and granted for hierarchical derivative problem lists. Annotated data is received at the server from a user device based on annotations made to a derivative problem list, and problem lists are updated with the received annotated data in real time. The received annotated data is compared with current entries using natural language processing to detect duplicate entries, the duplicate entries are iteratively detected and removed from the master problem list, and non-duplicate entries are stored in authorized derivative problem lists based on the natural language processing and list update permissions for each of the derivative problem lists.

  • Publication number: 20140231514
Abstract: An infrared-based scope configured to obtain and display video imagery that allows a user to estimate wind speed and direction over a trajectory to a target based on observed air motion in the video imagery. In certain examples, the scope further includes electronics configured to calculate the wind speed using video image processing techniques.

  • Patent number: 5424837
Abstract: A container of sample tubes is described with a mechanism for detecting the diameter of variously sized tubes that are placed therein. A method of detection is also described. Both the mechanism and the method rely on pairs of tube holders that are biased together with detectable ends that are spaced farther apart, the larger the tube that is held by the holders. A sensor is provided externally of the container to sense how far apart the ends are spaced.
