    Abstract: An example operation includes one or more of assigning a time slot to a vehicle for a charging operation at a charging station, where the time slot includes a starting point in time and an end point in time, transmitting a notification to the vehicle which includes an identifier of the charging station and the starting point in time, iteratively capturing sensor data at the charging station, determining whether the charging operation started on time based on the starting point in time and the sensor data, and in response to a determination that the charging operation started on time, delivering content to the vehicle while the charging operation is being performed.
