  • Patent number: 10750757
Abstract: The invention relates to the use of milk derived, denatured retentate in the preparation of milk-based compositions, which may be aerated or non-aerated, comprise a skimmed mild source, and/or have less than 0.5% w/w fat. The milk derived, denatured retentate allows the formation of microbubbles in an aerated skimmed milk composition, and thus retains certain desirable sensory perception characteristics such as a good mouthfeel and perceived thickness.

  • Publication number: 20180339838
Abstract: An insulated liner for a container and method of insulating a container are disclosed. The insulated liner may include a recyclable first panel, a recyclable second panel, at least one cavity defined by the first panel and the second panel, and a recyclable insulating material provided within the at least one cavity. The insulated liner may be adapted to line and insulate the container to keep a temperature within the container within a range of temperatures. The method may include providing the container, the container including a top wall, a bottom wall, a first end wall, a second end wall, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall, opening the container, and providing an insulated liner including a recyclable first panel, a recyclable second panel, at least one cavity defined by the first panel and the second panel, and a recyclable insulating material provided within the at least one cavity.

  • Publication number: 20180215525
Abstract: An insulating shipping system may include six outer walls configured into a six-sided container; an insulating layer positioned within the outer walls and formed by a plurality of insulating members; and a thermal mass layer positioned within the insulating members and made from a plurality of thermal mass members. The thermal mass members may contain a thermal energy absorbing material. The container also may have a thermal buffer layer configured to fit within the thermal mass layer. All together, these layers form a passive, thermally stabile cargo cavity for transporting temperature-sensitive cargo.
