  • Patent number: 12415191
Abstract: A steam effect nozzle includes a housing section configured to receive a fluid having a mixture of steam and liquid condensate and baffles disposed in the housing section. The baffles are configured to separate the steam of the fluid from the liquid condensate of the fluid, enable the steam to travel from a first end wall of the housing section to a second end wall of the housing section, and bias the liquid condensate of the fluid toward a sloped lower surface of the housing section, the sloped lower surface sloping downwardly from the second end wall toward the first end wall. The steam effect nozzle also includes a nozzle outlet adjacent to the second end wall of the housing section, where the nozzle outlet is configured to output the steam to an external environment.

  • Publication number: 20240409373
Abstract: A show-ride attraction includes a moving pathway configured to transport a guest toward a barrier, and a gate positioned across the moving pathway upstream of the barrier relative to a direction of travel of the moving pathway, wherein the gate is configured to transition between a first position and a second position in response to the guest engaging with the gate. The ride-show attraction further includes one or more sensors configured to detect transitioning of the gate from the first position to the second position, and a controller configured to control the moving pathway in response to an indication from the one or more sensors that the gate is transitioning and/or has transitioned to the second position.

  • Publication number: 20240257467
Abstract: A system and method for optimizing data transfers and rendering of digital models. A system for rendering a model on a display, the system being connected to a network comprising the Internet comprising a user computer, and a remote server. The user computer is configured with a browser program configured for loading and running an application program on the user computer. A remote server configured for storing a plurality of digital assets associated with the model and configured for downloading and uploading one or more of the plurality of digital assets to the application program. The application program includes an optimizer module configured to optimize rendering of a model utilizing said digital assets. The optimizer module including a user role based downloading mechanism having multiple components to retrieve digital assets. The application being configured to render the model based on the retrieved digital assets.

  • Publication number: 20240255934
Abstract: A system and method for generating and configuring predictive visualizations for industrial applications. The system comprises a module configured to load a user venue comprising a digital rendering of the industrial application and a plurality of digital models in the industrial application; a module configured to create a radiating chit based on a user defined activity for each digital model in the user venue; a module configured to generate an instance of a data layer for the user venue; a module configured to determine if the user defined activities are scheduled on overlapping times, and based on the schedule, proceeding with the user defined activity or creating a radiating mesh for the respective digital models defined in the venue; a module configured to determine a collision between the digital models utilizing the radiating meshes; and a module configured to visualize the collision on the digital rendering of the user venue.

  • Patent number: 9360228
Abstract: A system and method of controlling a ventilation system is provided based on a determination of local dew point and automatically activating an exhaust fan before condensate appears on structure and objects and ideally before visible condensation forms in the air of an enclosed area. Firmware in the control circuit detects the presence of hardware components and operates a control circuit in one of a plurality of modes based on the detected hardware components that are coupled to the control circuit.
