  • Publication number: 20240211584
Abstract: Some examples described herein relate to computer interfaces and authentication protocols for securely linking and transferring content between online accounts. In one example, a system can provide a graphical user interface (GUI) with multiple interactive interface pages, through which a user can selectively transfer content from a first online account to a second online account. For example, the user can select to transfer points from the first online account to the second online account. The system can then transfer of the selected content from the first online account to the second online account. To perform this transfer, the system can employ multiple layers of authentication and other security mechanisms. For example, the system can employ two or more layers of authentication and a unique external identifier to perform the transfer. Following the transfer, the GUI can be updated to reflect the results of the transfer.

  • Patent number: 11675802
Abstract: One example of the present disclosure can include a system configured to provide a graphical user interface that includes a set of graphical input elements for receiving a selected condition and a selected action for a new rule. The system can generate a new rule definition for the new rule based on the selected condition and the selected action. The system can store the new rule definition in a rule database. The system can then select a subset of rule definitions from the rule database. The system can apply the subset of rule definitions to user data to determine whether the user data matches the subset of rule definitions. If the user data matches a rule definition, the system can execute at least one action associated with the rule definition.

  • Patent number: 9715581
Abstract: Systems and methods for monetizing the reproduction of digital media content for the rights-holders of the digital media content. Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to determining whether a user of a media content item has a license to reproduce the media content item. In one embodiment, the media content item may be reproduced when the user is licensed. The user is prompted to select to acquire a license to reproduce the media content item or to decline the license to reproduce the media content item when the user is not licensed. Further embodiments determine whether a user may receive a license when the user wishes to acquire a license. In an embodiment, the user is declined a license when not approved for the license.

  • Patent number: 9070408
Abstract: A system, device, and method for recording audio with the character and sonic benefits of a genuine analog recording is disclosed. More specifically, an electro-mechanical-software controlled closed loop analog signal processor (“CLASP”) system which is comprised of a CLASP unit containing firmware, a latency detection module, and CLASP hardware display and controls. The CLASP system further comprises CLASP software operably running on a digital audio workstation (“DAW”) which is also in operable communication with the CLASP unit. The CLASP unit is also in operable communication with an analog recordable medium. An analog audio signal is recorded on the analog recordable medium, which may consist of a coated tape, cup, cylinder, drum, or disk, and then immediately played back and routed to the DAW via an analog to digital converter, thus providing for digitally recorded analog audio. The CLASP system may also include converters and a mixing console.

  • Publication number: 20140116492
Abstract: A solar panel is disclosed that generates standalone alternative current (AC) output power where the standalone output AC power is generated from direct current (DC) power stored in a battery bank included in the solar panel. The solar panel generates the standalone output AC power without reliance on input AC power generated by a utility grid and/or other AC power sources external to the solar panel. The solar panel automatically generates the standalone AC output power when the solar panel fails to detect input AC power coming into the solar panel where the solar panel operates as a master in this state. The solar panel automatically terminates the generation of the standalone AC power when the solar panel detects input AC power coming into the solar panel where the solar panel operates as a slave in this state.

  • Publication number: 20070050062
Abstract: A system, apparatus, device, and method for recording sounds and music with the character and sonic benefits of a genuine analog tape recording is disclosed. More specifically, an electro-mechanical-software controlled closed loop analog signal processor (“CLASP”) system, which is comprised of a digital audio workstation (“DAW”) resident on a host computer and is in operable communication with a CLASP unit or device is disclosed. The CLASP unit, which contains firmware, is also in operable communication with a tape recorder transport which is comprised of a tape mechanism transport and a control unit. In one embodiment, an analog audio signal is recorded on an analog tape and then immediately played back and routed to the DAW via an analog to digital converter, thus providing for digitally recorded analog audio. Typically, after the analog recorded signal is played back, it is erased from the tape which generally continues to cycle.
