    Abstract: A method and apparatus of facilitating ingress or egress of a seat having bolsters includes detecting a potential ingress or egress of an occupant to the seat. Upon detection a configuration of the seat is altered from a first position to a second position, wherein a substantially flat surface is formed by a top of a seat portion of the seat and an associated bolster attached to the seat portion.
