  • Publication number: 20140114602
Abstract: The disclosed subject matter relates, inter alia, to improved devices, systems and methods for processing raw data collected from X-ray total scattering analysis of a material, which may be solid, liquid, in suspension, or in solution. This devices, systems and methods described are advantageous because they drastically reduce the amount of user interaction required to compute a PDF from diffraction data, reduce the computing time necessary to compute the PDF, and allows for automated, on-the-fly computation of PDFs without significant degradation of the PDF quality and little input from the user.
