Publication number: 20250007932Abstract: A method and system for anomaly detection using event sequence prediction include a conversation module applying a system topology to historical log data to generate first structured event sequences as training data. An event sequence generation engine then builds a machine learning model using the training data. The conversation module then applies a system topology to runtime log data to generate a second plurality of structured event sequences. The generation engine then runs the second structured event sequences through the machine learning model. The generation engine then calculates a probability for each of the second structured event sequences using the machine learning model. The generation engine then identifies probabilities for each of the second structured event sequences that are lower than a probability threshold of classified event sequences of the first structured event sequences are identified as an anomaly.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 28, 2023Publication date: January 2, 2025Inventors: Qing Wang, David Christopher Ferguson Rayner, Panagiotis Lampropoulos, Huy Tran, Steven Nicholas Eliuk

Publication number: 20240417138Abstract: A method for providing a passivation layer or pH protective coating on a substrate surface by PECVD is provided, the method comprising generating a plasma from a gaseous reactant comprising polymerizing gases. The lubricity, passivation, pH protective, hydrophobicity, and/or barrier properties of the passivation layer or pH protective coating are set by setting the ratio of the O2 to the organosilicon precursor in the precursor feed, and/or by setting the electric power used for generating the plasma. In particular, a passivation layer or pH protective coating made by the method is provided. Pharmaceutical packages coated by the method and the use of such packages protecting composition contained in the vessel against mechanical and/or chemical effects of the surface of the package without a passivation layer or pH protective coating material are also provided.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 20, 2023Publication date: December 19, 2024Inventors: John T. Felts, Thomas E. Fisk, Robert S. Abrams, John Ferguson, Jonathan R. Freedman, Robert J. Pangborn, Peter J. Sagona, Christopher Weikart

Publication number: 20190360688Abstract: A steam flare is provided that injects steam, unmixed with air into a waste gas stream at locations where the resulting accelerated steam and waste gas mixture upon exposure to the surrounding air induces a mixture of steam, waste gas and air with improved combustion and effectively complete destruction of the waste gas, and where under low-flow conditions, reduced steam and/or assist gas are required to maintain smokeless operation. The steam is injected via multiple tubes each controlled independently so that steam can normally be flowed via a first tube, and then, when operation loads require, flowed via a second tube. The first and second tubes may be concentric and may be in communication with steam supplies that have different pressures of steam.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 8, 2019Publication date: November 28, 2019Inventors: Kurt E.
