  • Patent number: 8316897
Abstract: A toy water gun assembly is disclosed. The assembly includes a water gun and a filling station. The filling station connects to a water source such as a hose. The gun connects to the filling station such that, when connected, the trigger is secured in a locked stated, preventing the user from discharging the gun while mounted on the station. In operation, the gun is connected to the filling station until the water reservoir on the gun is filled. The gun is then released from the filling station by engaging a release lever or button. The gun is fully charged, with the water being pressurized during the filling process.

  • Publication number: 20090302508
Abstract: A method of producing a one-piece support structure which incorporates a supporting platform and at least one integral support leg using a blow moulding technique, including the steps of: a) defining the optimum thickness of material required for the support leg(s) for strength purposes, b) defining the optimum height for the support legs, c) determining the volume of the parison, to be introduced across the leg part of the mould, d) designing the mould leg interior to ensure that for the given parison volume the thickness of material subsequently blow moulded around the surface area of the support leg is sufficient to provide the required strength, and e) blow moulding material into the mould as designed by steps a) to d).

  • Publication number: 20090126283
Abstract: A connector which has an inlet and an outlet, along with an additional by-pass portion. The by-pass portion is moveable between two configurations; a non by-pass configuration and a by-pass configuration, wherein when the by-pass portion is in the non by-pass configuration this allows liquid to pass through the inlet and exit the outlet; and when the by-pass portion is in the by-pass configuration there is a region of the internal surface of the connector which at least partially overlaps the by-pass portion so that liquid entering the inlet can be redirected along the by-pass portion and out the by-pass outlet to effectively prevent liquid from exiting the outlet.
