    Abstract: A magnetic tile with a magnetic backing to enable attachment of magnetic objects to the tiles comprises an outer surface providing an aesthetic covering. A rear surface of the tile comprises an integral lattice constructed of a ferromagnetic material. The lattice provides a magnetic field allowing a magnetic object to be secured to the outer surface of the tile.
