The first spacer may attach the first proximal end with the second proximal end and the second spacer may attach the first distal end with the second distal end. The first spacer and the second spacer may be further configured to form an opening between the first elongated plate and the second elongated plate at a middle portion of the first elongated plate and the second elongated plate. The opening may be configured to receive the user's tongue.
