Abstract: A cellular telephone system and assembly that provides the quality of reception and convenience of a standard telephone without the requiring telephone cable hookup to a telephone line provider. Components of the cellular telephone assembly can include a cellular receiver and transmitter assembly, a filter and amplifier assembly, a cellular-to-cable converter assembly and a power supply. Moreover, the telephone system can embody a cellular telephone in combination with one or more remote cellular receivers.
