  • Patent number: 11971171
Abstract: A pilot cone for use in a burner arrangement having a pilot burner includes a casing which widens downstream along a burner axis and has a plurality of cooling air passages passing through it; an inner wall which extends upstream starting from the upstream end of the casing; an annular gap which runs along the inner wall on the radially outer side; and a plurality of cooling air openings which establish a connection between the annular gap and the cooling air passages. Another wall extends upstream at a distance from the inner wall starting from the casing and delimits the annular gap on the radially outer side, the inner wall having a plurality of holes.

  • Patent number: 10591165
Abstract: A fuel nozzle body having a rearward end and a front end with an outer tube which extends from the rearward end to the front end and has radial openings for a first fuel in the region of the front end, and an inner tube which is arranged concentrically to the outer tube and which opens in the region of the front end into a nozzle head, which has additional openings for a second fuel, wherein, in the region of the front end, the inner tube is guided in the outer tube by two fits which are arranged axially between the radial openings and the additional openings, and wherein the first fit closest to the radial openings is configured as a circumferential web around the inner tube, and wherein the second fit is configured with at least one interruption on the perimeter.

  • Patent number: 10330318
Abstract: A heat shield with support structure and a number of heat shield blocks secured thereto, having a cold side facing the support structure and a hot side opposite the cold side. At least one recess is arranged in at least one heat shield block circumferential face, connecting the cold to hot side. An opening connecting the recess to the cold side runs in the circumferential face perpendicularly to the cold side. A securing bolt inserted into the opening secures the heat shield block to the support structure. A bolt head protrudes at least partly into the recess. The securing bolt passes through an angled plate having first limb extending substantially parallel to the circumferential face and second limb extending into the recess. The angled plate has a reinforcing device extending beyond the pure angular shape to increase a resistance of the angled plate against bending due to the securing bolt.

  • Publication number: 20170227227
Abstract: A burner for a combustion machine, having a pilot burner, which extends in the axial direction, having a nozzle chamber, having a burner region and having a cover plate which is arranged between the nozzle chamber and the burner region and which has an inlet opening, wherein an adapter is arranged, in order to guide air out of the nozzle chamber along a specified flow path in the direction of the combustion region, wherein a flow channel is formed as part of the flow path between the adapter and the cover plate and the adapter has a radially extending, annular section which, together with the cover plate, forms a radial section of the flow channel, in order to cool the cover plate by the air. A combustion machine has such a burner.
