    Abstract: A non-suture soft tissue anchor device is disclosed, which is used in orthopedic surgical cases for attaching tendons and ligaments (i.e., soft tissue) to bone. The non-suture soft tissue anchor device comprises a body component configured in an oval shape. Further, the body component comprises at least two through-holes, with one through-hole positioned on each opposing narrow end of the body component. The through-holes are sized and shaped to accept a bone screw to secure the device to the bone. Further, the body component comprises two or more slots to accept the soft tissue. Specifically, the soft tissue is weaved through the slots like a belt buckle to lock the soft tissue in place. The soft tissue is locked in place at a set tension. The slots define a moveable lock bar, which further locks the soft tissue between the bone and the device.

The curved sidewall includes a plurality of helical ribs in a spaced apart manner for optimal fixation. The top surface comprises a plurality of through-holes for sutures, when securing tissue graft. An adjacent subchondral implant can be utilized with the subchondral implant and is nested against it for use. The nested implants allow users to repair large, elongated areas that may not be repaired by a single subchondral implant.
