    Abstract: In one embodiment of the present disclosure, an apparatus is described for use in lifting an article. The apparatus includes a support arm, a lever arm that is movably connected to the support arm, and a headpiece supported by the lever arm that is configured and dimensioned to engage the article such that a force applied to the lever arm is transmitted to the article to thereby lift the article. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, a kit is described for use in lifting an article. The kit includes a support arm, a lever arm that is movably connected to the support arm, a first headpiece supportable by the lever arm having a first configuration facilitating engagement with the article, and a second headpiece supportable by the lever arm having a second configuration facilitating engagement with the article different than the first configuration.
