    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for variable density storage device are described. A memory system may receive a write command to write data to the memory system. The memory system may write the data to a first set of memory cells of the memory system using a first write operation based on receiving the write command. The first set of memory cells store three or fewer bits of information in a single memory cell. The memory system may identify whether to transfer the data to a second set of memory cells on one or more parameters associated with the data. The second set of memory cells may store more bits of information in a single memory cell than the first set of memory cells. The memory system may transfer the data to the second set of memory cells based on identifying that the data is to be transferred.

    Abstract: A system and method for protecting an area from fire having one or more area fire prevention units capable of discharging fire suppressant via a directable nozzle, each fire prevention unit being communicatively coupled to a computing device which detects airborne firebrands, predicts their trajectories and final landing positions, and directs one or of the fire prevention units to discharge fire suppressant toward the firebrand at its final landing position. Depending on configuration, the system may further use wind data, GPS, and terrain models to calculate the trajectory and final position of the firebrand. Also depending on configuration, the system may calculate a spread and distance of suppressant discharge, a nozzle aperture, and an amount of suppressant to discharge. Some embodiments may use trained machine learning algorithms to make one or more of the system's calculations.

    Abstract: A method of selectively recovering a lipophilic target substance. An insoluble adsorbent is exposed to a solution of the target substance in a lipophilic solvent. Adsorption of the adsorbent with the target substance is facilitated by addition of hydrophilic solvent, which is less hydrophobic than the lipophilic solvent, to the solution during or after exposure of the solution to the insoluble adsorbent, lowering the temperature of the solution or evaporating a portion of the lipophilic solvent. The adsorbent Is isolated from the solution. For desorbing and recovering the target substance, a hydrophobic dissociation fluid may be combined with the adsorbent, a temperature of the adsorbent may be increased or a portion of the hydrophilic solvent may be evaporated. A solution may be exposed to one or more adsorbents for recovering additional lipophilic target substances, recovering hydrophilic target substances or removing unwanted substances.

Typically, increasing wet tensile strength, particularly wet CD tensile strength, negatively effects dispersability and increases Slosh time. Despite this trend, the present invention surprisingly provides a tissue product having a relatively high degree of wet strength and good dispersability.
