  • Publication number: 20140145413
Abstract: The invention relates to a front suspension fork stanchion/slider torsion brace structure which attaches to the axle clamp portion of each front fork leg of a two wheeled vehicle whose primary function is to externally resist the legs twisting along the primary steering axis of the fork to reduce flexure of the fork during operation and use by resisting the rotation of the stanchions inside the upper tubes of the fork legs. The added stiffness of the system thus transmits torque to the upper clamps/crowns and maintains perpendicularity between the wheel and the handlebars.
