  • Publication number: 20220254023
Abstract: A method is disclosed of processing a set of images. Each image in the set has an associated counterpart image. One or more regions of interest (ROIs) are identified in one or more of the images in the set of images. For ROI identified, a reference region is identified in the associated counterpart image. ROIs and associated reference regions are cropped out, thereby forming cropped pairs of images 1 . . . n1, that are fed to a deep learning model trained to make a prediction of probability of a state of the ROI, e.g., disease state, which generates a prediction Pi-, (i=1 . . . n) for each cropped pair. The model generates an overall prediction P from each of the predictions Pi. A visualization of the set of medical images and the associated counterpart images including the cropped pair of images is generated.

  • Patent number: 11323467
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to monitoring network traffic associated with networks to provide metrics. A monitoring engine may determine an anomaly based on the metrics exceeding threshold values. An inference engine may be instantiated to provide an anomaly profile based on portions of the network traffic that are associated with the anomaly. The inference engine may provide an investigation profile based on the anomaly profile such that the investigation profile includes information associated with investigation activities associated with an investigation of the anomaly. The inference engine may monitor the investigation of the anomaly based on other portions of the network traffic such that the other portions of the network traffic are associated with monitoring an occurrence of the investigation activities. The inference engine may modify a performance score associated with the investigation profile based on the occurrence of the investigation activities and a completion status of the investigation.

  • Publication number: 20210205118
Abstract: Described herein is a mandibular repositioning device (MRD). The MRD includes an upper dental plate shaped to fit on a person's maxillary arch and a lower dental plate shaped to fit on the person's mandibular arch, the plates defining mating bite surfaces. The MRD includes a locating mechanism for effecting antero-posterior (AP) correction of the mandibular arch relative to the maxillary arch. The locating mechanism includes a locating formation extending from one of the upper dental plate and the lower dental plate, and a complementary receiving formation carried by the other of the upper dental plate and the lower dental plate. The receiving formation receives the locating formation for locating the plates relative to each other in a desired AP position of the mandibular arch relative to the maxillary arch. The MRD also includes a positioning element received at each molar region of at least one of the plates to alter the bite surface, thereby effecting a natural relative movement of the dental arches.
