  • Publication number: 20260147843
Abstract: A method includes receiving data characterizing a number of documents, including data associating each document with a number of utility scores. Each utility score characterizes a different type of utility of the document to a consumer of the document. A subset of the documents is selected for presentation to a user, the selecting being based at least in part on the respective utility scores associated with each of the documents and the subset of documents is provided for presentation to the user.

  • Publication number: 20260004918
Abstract: A method is disclosed of processing a set of images. Each image in the set has an associated counterpart image, e.g., a contralateral, prior or multimodal image. One or more regions of interest (ROIs) are identified in one or more of the images in the set of images. For ROI identified, a reference region is identified in the associated counterpart image. ROIs and associated reference regions are cropped out, thereby forming cropped pairs of images. The cropped image pairs are fed to a deep learning model trained to make a prediction of probability of a state of the ROI, e.g., disease state, which generates a prediction for each cropped pair. The model generates an overall prediction P from each of the predictions. A visualization of the set of medical images and the associated counterpart images including the cropped pair of images is generated, e.g., on a workstation.

  • Publication number: 20250386039
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing a requested video frame to a device. A group of pictures (GOP) for an encoded video stream captured by a camera can be obtained by a video recorder, where the GOP includes a key frame and, for each frame of multiple frames following the key frame, a delta frame that describes a delta from a previous frame or from a next frame to render the frame. The video recorder can generate, for at least one frame in the multiple frames, a new key frame corresponding to the at least one frame by obtaining the key frame and applying, to the key frame, a portion of the delta frames between the key frame and the at least one frame. The video recorder can provide the new key frame to the device.

One or more regions of interest (ROIs) are identified in one or more of the images in the set of images. For ROI identified, a reference region is identified in the associated counterpart image. ROIs and associated reference regions are cropped out, thereby forming cropped pairs of images 1 . . . n1, that are fed to a deep learning model trained to make a prediction of probability of a state of the ROI, e.g., disease state, which generates a prediction Pi-, (i=1 . . . n) for each cropped pair. The model generates an overall prediction P from each of the predictions Pi. A visualization of the set of medical images and the associated counterpart images including the cropped pair of images is generated.

  • Publication number: 20210205118
Abstract: Described herein is a mandibular repositioning device (MRD). The MRD includes an upper dental plate shaped to fit on a person's maxillary arch and a lower dental plate shaped to fit on the person's mandibular arch, the plates defining mating bite surfaces. The MRD includes a locating mechanism for effecting antero-posterior (AP) correction of the mandibular arch relative to the maxillary arch. The locating mechanism includes a locating formation extending from one of the upper dental plate and the lower dental plate, and a complementary receiving formation carried by the other of the upper dental plate and the lower dental plate. The receiving formation receives the locating formation for locating the plates relative to each other in a desired AP position of the mandibular arch relative to the maxillary arch. The MRD also includes a positioning element received at each molar region of at least one of the plates to alter the bite surface, thereby effecting a natural relative movement of the dental arches.

  • Patent number: 10918965
Abstract: A wearable, illuminating mask including a facepiece with slots located in side edges of the facepiece, wherein the facepiece is connected to bases of temples, wherein each base of temples includes a front and back cover that are attachable to one another. The front and back covers each include an inner wall portion, which portions each comprise a c-shaped support. These c-shaped supports extend towards each other when the front and back covers are connected together and form a cradle that align an LED with the slots of the facepiece, so as to illuminate the mask at specifically designed portions.
