Abstract: In a computer-implemented method for evaluating air quality, air quality information is received for a plurality of locations for a plurality of days over a time period. For each location of the plurality of locations a severe air quality percentile for the air quality information for each location of the plurality of locations for the time period is determined and a variance of the air quality information for each location of the plurality of locations for the time period is determined. The plurality of locations is evaluated according to the severe air quality percentile for the air quality information and the variance of the air quality information for each location.

Abstract: An online method facilitates the discovery of a specific user by a plurality of photographers located in the vicinity of the user and delivery of photos produced by at least one photographer to the specific user. The method provides the plurality of photographers with location data, a photo, and/or at least one set of bioinformatics data of the specific user. After the at least one photographer identifies the specific user and produces photos of the specific user, the method sends over the photos captured by the at least one photographer. Further, the method provides the specific user with protected photos for free. However, the method provides original photos captured by the at least one photographer when the specific user agrees to and makes the purchase payment based on the predetermined prices set by the administrator and/or the photographer.
