Abstract: A Radio Frequency (RF) receiver may include a lower-order phase shift keying (PSK) demodulation circuit configured to generate at least one locking parameter when performing a lower-order PSK demodulation of an RF receive signal having an interfering PSK signal component. A higher-order PSK demodulation circuit has a higher order than the lower-order PSK demodulation circuit, and locks to the RF receive signal using the at least one locking parameter from the lower-order PSK demodulation circuit. The higher-order PSK demodulation circuit performs the higher-order PSK demodulation of the RF receive signal based upon locking to the RF receive signal to determine the interfering PSK signal component.

Abstract: Suppressing interference in a frequency hopping signal. The method includes receiving a frequency hopping signal for a signal of interest. The frequency hopping signal includes the signal of interest modulated using frequency hopping and wideband and narrowband interference. Prior to de-hopping the frequency hopping signal, one or more wideband interferences in the frequency hopping signal are identified. The one or more wideband interferences are suppressed to create a wideband interference suppressed signal. Subsequent to suppressing the one or more wideband interferences, the wideband interference suppressed signal is de-hopped to create a de-hopped signal. In the de-hopped signal, one or more narrowband interferences are identified. The one or more narrowband interferences are suppressed to create an interference suppressed signal. The interference suppressed signal is demodulated to create a demodulated signal.

Abstract: A frame rail pulling apparatus for realigning a frame rail of a vehicle is disclosed. The apparatus includes a base, backing plate, side sway adapter, eye hook and fasteners. The base includes a platform with openings therein, cylinder, and side supports which distribute pressure equally from the cylinder to the openings in the platform. The backing plate has openings therein and is positioned adjacent to a first side of the base. The backing plate distributes pulling pressure over a greater area of the frame rail to prevent additional damage to the rail during realignment. The side sway adapter has a center opening and peripheral/end openings and is positioned adjacent to a second side of the base. The eye hook has a top portion and a shaft, wherein the shaft is positioned through the center opening of the side sway adapter and attaches to the base.

Abstract: An evaporimeter has first and second stacked containers for holding water and a scale for measuring the amount of water in the containers. The containers are covered by a screen and are balanced on and supported by a ground spike. An outlet is located at the same elevation as a zero level on the scale so that water can be quickly drained to that level. Abstract: A control circuit includes one or more pressure activated fluid flow valves and one or more moisture and pressure sensitive controllers. Each controller includes a body with three chambers separated by movable diaphragm assemblies, one of which moves in response to changes in pressure exerted by the amount of moisture or fluid in the environment. Responsively, a passageway through the other diaphragm allows the passage of fluid and thus venting of the flow valves when a low moisture or fluid condition is detected.

Abstract: A hydraulic tensiometer includes a pressure-sensitive electrical switch which acts to control an irrigation system in response to changes in matric water potential. Three chambers are defined in the tensiometer by moveable diaphragms. Two of the chambers are not in communication with the tensiometer probe, but are interconnected by a passageway. Flow through the passageway is controlled by an electrically operated valve.
