  • Publication number: 20240154917
Abstract: An Ethernet Physical layer (PHY) device includes a PHY interface and PHY circuitry. The PHY interface is configured to connect to a physical link. The PHY circuitry is configured to generate layer-1 frames that carry data for transmission to a peer Ethernet PHY device, to insert among the layer-1 frames one or more management frames that are separate from the layer-1 frames and that are configured to control a General-Purpose Input-Output (GPIO) port associated with the peer Ethernet PHY device, to transmit the layer-1 frames and the inserted management frames, via the PHY interface, to the peer Ethernet PHY device over the physical link, for controlling one or more operations of the GPIO port associated with the peer Ethernet PHY device, and to receive, via the PHY interface, one or more verifications acknowledging that the one or more management frames were received successfully at the peer Ethernet PHY device.

  • Publication number: 20240135071
Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving design and/or engineering data (D/E data) corresponding to a prototype representation of a product and transmitting one or more inputs derived from the D/E data to one or more digital engineering tools for processing. The method also includes receiving engineering-related data outputs from the one or more digital engineering tools and receiving data corresponding to one or more common validation and verification (V&V products). The method further includes identifying one or more requirements for the product based on the data corresponding to the one or more common V&V products; determining whether or not the one or more requirements have been satisfied; and presenting information corresponding to the engineering-related data outputs and/or the data corresponding to the one or more common V&V products. The method also includes receiving instructions from the user device, and performing one or more manipulations of the D/E data.

  • Publication number: 20130166498
Abstract: Systems, methods and computer program products that provide a framework for the creation, editing, manipulation and use of model-based, multidimensional analysis services (MAS) cubes are disclosed. A method of generating a model-based MAS cube comprises creating a data source comprising a data warehouse in the memory via the processor, creating a data source view providing a dimension, a fact and an outrigger from the created data source, and creating the MAS cube comprising at least one measure group. A key performance indicator (KPI) may be calculated from the MAS cube as a scorecard of a display associated with the processor. A user of the model-based MAS cube may create a new cube by targeting a set of facts and adding dimensions to the facts.
