  • Patent number: 9791843
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide systems and methods for unlocking a wireless communication device into an operating mode based on RFID element information. In a particular embodiment, a method provides locking a user interface on the wireless communication device. The method further provides receiving a wireless signal from a first Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) element and responsively determining if the wireless signal comprises a valid unlock instruction.
