Each loop having an outer perimeter oriented away from the recreational tube and the outer perimeter of the first loop being greater than the outer perimeter of the second loop.

Abstract: A method of routing messages includes receiving a request message from an originating device to be forwarded to one of a plurality of target devices, the request message having a first network address as a source address identifying the originating device. The first network address of the request message is dynamically mapped to a second network address of a selected target device, and the first and second network addresses are stored in association with each other as address mapping information. The method also includes forwarding the selected target device using the second network address. The routing device receives from the target device an error message in relation to the request message, and identifies the originating device which originated the request message using the address mapping information and the second network address of the target device which issued the error message.

Abstract: A golf training system for training a golfer to swing a golf club using his/her shoulders rather than wrists, by using a device having a sleeve for attaching onto the golf club and a stop arm pivotally attached to and extending from the sleeve. The golf club has a handgrip and the sleeve has a sleeve bore for extending over the handgrip and tightening thereon. A stop arm has a maximum upward angle which is adjustable with an adjustment mechanism. When the golfer grasps the golf club with a leading arm, the leading arm wrist is prevented from moving by the stop arm engaging the leading arm forearm. When the golf club is grasped with the hand of the trailing arm, the trailing arm wrist is also prevented from pivoting. Accordingly, the golfer has no choice but to use his/her shoulders to execute a swing.
