Abstract: A method for identifying devices on a network, comprising: determining, by a discovery application, a prioritized discovery plan including a plurality of tiers of requests, each of the tiers specifying one or more probes for targeting specific types of devices. For each of the tiers in the prioritized discovery plan: the method further comprises causing, by the discovery application, one or more of the probes specified for the tier to transmit targeted requests to a set of active addresses on the network. Upon receiving responses from at least a subset of the one or more addresses, the method comprises identifying, by the discovery application, one or more devices connected to the network based on the responses to the targeted requests. The method further comprises removing, by the discovery application, addresses corresponding to the identified one or more devices from the set of active addresses on the network.

One example computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a first proxy service core computing device, from a participant, a proxy lookup request, where the proxy lookup request includes a proxy and based on one or more routing rules, submitting the proxy lookup request to a second proxy service core computing device. The method also includes receiving, by the first proxy service core computing device, from the second proxy service core computing device, a proxy lookup response, which includes account data linked to the proxy, and returning the proxy lookup response, to the participant, in response to the proxy lookup request.

Abstract: A scribing tool for use in semiconductor scribing apparatus includes a rotatable semiconductor wafer scribing wheel engageable with the semiconductor wafer to form a scribe line when the tool exerts pressure on the semiconductor wafer and the scribing wheel rotates. Bearings are engageable with the scribing wheel sides to resist sideways deflection during the scribing operation.

Abstract: The Web Enabled Image Extension (WEIX) system provides extended access to patient medical scan images from the capabilities of traditional Computer Imaging systems. The WEIX system employs a Secure Web Server with add-on modules to provide a variety of user-level access. The WEIX system leverages this user-level access to create a type of workflow process to allow the diagnosis, dictation, transcription, and report release for medical scan procedures.
