Abstract: The embodiment discloses, in one form, multimedia communications, including remote publishing, mobile devices, network and on-line forms of communications. The embodiment also discloses a new electronic portfolio, communications, education commerce and fund raising platform, particularly useful for Community groups. In one form, it will enable Community groups to publish Community member-derived new-media content on a secure Community web page and make this content available, via a low cost subscription model and through any electronic communication device to interested and approved Community members.
