Abstract: Systems, methods and computer program products for facilitating the communication of business-related (SMS) messages from PBXs to wireless devices are disclosed. In an aspect of the present disclosure, a service provider offers a web, cloud-based service that enables an operator within an organization to have a high volume of two-way communications with an unlimited number of individuals—through SMS texting, instant messaging, pager, web browser, email and voice—all controlled from a single intuitive browser interface tool. Additionally, a complete history of all communications and real time statistics are available to either the operator or an administrator of the organization.
