  • Patent number: 5937765
Abstract: A leg-worn support assembly for a laptop computer. There is a substantially planar, rigid platform for attachment to the computer, and first and second tensioned leg straps which depend from the edges of the platform for extending around the user's leg. A pad is mounted on the lower surface of the platform and has a channel area therein for engaging the upper edge of the leg. Non-slip surfaces are formed on both the leg straps and the channel area for frictionally engaging the leg so as to provide a stable work platform.
