  • Patent number: 10742655
Abstract: Access to a resource controlled by a resource server (6, 8) is provided using a validity token issued by a validation server (4). When a resource request from a user (12) is received at the resource server (6, 8), then the resource server (6, 8) determines if the resource request satisfies a policy. If the resource request satisfies the policy, then access to the resource may be permitted without confirming the validity of the validation token with the validation server (4). Conversely, if the resource request does not satisfy the policy, then validation of the validation token with the validation server (4) is performed before the access requested is permitted.

  • Patent number: 10740414
Abstract: A method and apparatus is described for directing a user's local web browser/web view to refresh the top-level container that is currently displaying the content presented by a remote computer with the new content that a navigational link, within the remote desktop, remote desktop application window, or remote graphical windowing user session, points to. Upon navigation action on a link, the client of a remote graphical computer desktop, remote graphical application window or remote graphical windowing user session is redirected so that it wholly reloads its top level container with content provided by a destination URL or URI. Such a URL or URI may point to another remote graphical computer desktop, remote application window or remote graphical windowing user session.

  • Patent number: 10733620
Abstract: For a measurement period, signal strengths, device identifiers and access point identifiers are received from a plurality of access points. A record for the measurement period is stored in random access memory with the record being associated with a single device identifier and containing access point identifiers associated with signal strengths received for the measurement period. The location of a device is determined for the measurement period by retrieving spatial coordinates of a corresponding access point for each access point identifier in the record for the measurement period and setting the location of the device for the measurement period to the average of the retrieved spatial coordinates.

  • Patent number: 10718637
Abstract: A torque and angular sensor includes a differential angle sensor to precisely measure a differential angle between an input shaft and an output shaft and an angular position sensor to measure the angle of at least one of the shafts over a full angular range. The differential angle sensor measures an output rotation angle of an output target and an input rotation angle of an input target using changing voltages in taps on the input and output coils, which each carry an AC excitation current and which are each inductively coupled with teeth on targets fixed to rotate with one of the shafts. Input shaft rotation angle region is combined with the input angular position as a rotation angle composite. A raw torque angle is determined based on the difference between the input and output rotation angles. Rotational and Linear compensation provides a high-precision torque angle.

  • Publication number: 20200173813
Abstract: A differential angle sensor for measuring a differential angle between an input shaft and an output shaft includes a target assembly fixed to rotate with one of the shafts and a ring magnet with equidistantly spaced magnet segments fixed to rotate with the other one of the shafts. The target assembly includes four identical targets extending about the common axis parallel and axially spaced apart from one another, and each having a plurality of wedge-shaped teeth extending radially toward the ring magnet. A first magnetic field sensor is disposed between first and second targets for measuring a first magnetic field strength therebetween. A second magnetic field sensor is disposed between third and fourth targets for measuring a second magnetic field strength. The targets are all circumferentially offset relative to one another such that the magnetic field strengths each vary with the differential angle between the shafts and differently from one-another.

  • Publication number: 20200143344
Abstract: An efficient interactive graphical user interface for scheduling transfers is disclosed. A method of providing such a graphical user interface includes displaying a calendar that includes days selectable and not selectable as either a transfer date for sending a transfer to a recipient or a transfer received date on which the transfer is intended to be received. Input may be received selecting either the transfer date or the transfer received date. The other of the transfer date and the transfer received date is then determined and an indication is displayed indicating the first date and the determined date. Further input may then be received selecting a second date different from the first date. The other date is then redetermined based on the second date. The display of the calendar is updated to replace the first visual indication with a second visual indication indicating the second date and the redetermined date.
