  • Patent number: 9475090
Abstract: A system and a method provide a coating on an interior surface of a tire. A valve connects to the interior of the tire. The method connects a source of coating material to the valve, propels the coating material through the valve, and applies the coating material to the interior of the tire. The system has a source of a coating material connected to the valve. A propellant causes delivery of the coating material through the valve into the tire. Another method coats an interior of a tire mounted on a rim. The method connects a first end of a tube to a source of coating material and inserts the second end of the tube into the interior of the tire encircling the rim. The coating material moves through the tube into the tire. The tube is withdrawn from the tire moving along the interior circumference of the tire.

  • Publication number: 20160308952
Abstract: An apparatus, a system and/or a method provide for wirelessly collecting data corresponding to a product attached to a security device. The security device associated with the product transmits wireless signals throughout a display area. A computer remotely positioned from the security device receives the wireless signals and stores status data of the security device. The computer wirelessly transmits the status data to a remote server, and the remote server determines statistical data from the status data. The remote server stores the statistical data in a database and facilitates user access to the data.

  • Publication number: 20160307209
Abstract: An apparatus, a system and/or a method provide for wirelessly collecting data corresponding to a product attached to a security device. Security devices may wirelessly transmit status data. An analytics module may monitor and/or capture the status data and/or may determine statistical data related to the product attached to the security device. The analytics module may wirelessly transmit the statistical data to a remote device for further collection and/or analysis.

  • Publication number: 20160307416
Abstract: An apparatus, a system and a method monitor a device within a zone. A head may wirelessly communicate with an emitter and a hub. The head may connect and/or disconnect power to a battery of the device according to a charge of the battery. The head may monitor an attachment of the head to the device and/or a connection of a cable to the head and/or a port of the device. The emitter may transmit a signal to define the zone and/or the head may receive the signal. A distance between the head and the emitter may be determined using a received signal strength indication and/or a time of flight measurement of the signal from the emitter to the head. The distance may indicate whether the head is positioned within the zone or outside of the zone. An alarm may be triggered if the head is positioned outside of the zone.

  • Publication number: 20160307415
Abstract: An apparatus, a system and a method monitor a device within a zone. A head may wirelessly communicate with an emitter and a hub. The device may be secured to the head. The emitter may transmit a signal to define the zone, and the head may receive the signal to detect the presence of the device and the head within the zone. A first alarm may be triggered upon removal of the head and the device from the zone. A second alarm may be triggered upon removal of the head and the device from the zone for a time that exceeds a threshold of time. A key may insert into the hub to deactivate the second alarm.

  • Publication number: 20150235532
Abstract: A stand apparatus, a system and a method have a post connected to a base and a housing connected to the post. A handheld computer device, such as a tablet, is tethered to the housing. An alarm is activated by disconnecting the tablet from the housing. A sensor cable is connected to the tablet and the housing. A power cord powers the alarm and provides power via the sensor cable for charging and/or for recharging the tablet.

  • Patent number: 9019113
Abstract: A circuit, a system and/or a method detect a passive electrical connection and/or an active electrical connection between an electrical device and a power supply. An integrity of the electrical connection between the electrical device and the power supply is monitored to determine if the electrical device may have access to power and/or to determine if the electrical device may be secure while on display. A high frequency AC signal is modulated onto a positive power rail between the electrical device and the power supply. Capacitance circuitry of the electrical device may remove the high frequency signal from the positive power rail. An absence of the high frequency signal on the positive power rail indicates that the electrical connection exists between the electrical device and the power supply. A presence of the high frequency signal on the positive power rail indicates that the electrical connection does not exist between the electrical device and the power supply.

  • Patent number: 8714230
Abstract: A fabric security barrier, a system and/or a method impede entry into a space. The fabric security barrier, the system and/or the method are installed adjacent to an entry point of the space. A tarp having a reinforced webbing on one side obscured from view is extended and/or retracted by a deployment system within the space. A steel cable is laminated between the reinforced webbing and the tarp. To enter the space through the entry point, an intruder must compromise a door or a window, the tarp, the reinforced webbing and/or the cable which may reduce an amount of time that the intruder may have to perpetrate a crime in the space and/or to flee before being noticed and/or apprehended.
