  • Publication number: 20250209169
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and computer programs are disclosed to update a platform root key based on security attack detection. In one embodiment, a method comprises: detecting an attack to a platform root key of a computing system, the platform root key stored in a region within a hardware module of the computing system and serving as a seed key of a plurality of cryptographic keys of the computing system; responsive to detecting the attack to the platform root key, generating an updated platform root key using a key generation function to replace the platform root key; and causing the updated platform root key to be utilized in one or more of application signing, verification, and attestation in the computing system.

  • Patent number: 12120111
Abstract: A system for wearable authentication and management is disclosed. In particular, the system may include identifying and authenticating a user through biometric data or movement signatures specific to the wearer of a wearable device. Once the user and wearable device are authenticated, the system may activate and provision connectivity services for the wearable device, associate the device with a device ecosystem of the user, and push predefined settings to the wearable device. Additionally, the system may deliver communications that are transmitted to other devices in the device ecosystem to the wearable device while the wearable device is worn by the user. If the user no longer wears the wearable device or the wearable device is not utilized for a period of time, the system may deactivate the connectivity services for the wearable device and remove any settings pushed to the wearable device.

  • Patent number: 11576039
Abstract: A customer premises node device can receive an authentication message from a fixed cellular communication device that operates according to a third-generation mobile network access standard (e.g., a 3G alarm panel). The customer premises node device can facilitate transmitting the authentication message, to a network node that operates according to a fourth-generation mobile network access standard. The authentication message can then be routed via mobile network components, including a network gateway device, to a home location registry device, which can authenticate the 3G fixed cellular communication device for communications on a 4G mobile network.

  • Patent number: 8983924
Abstract: When a user enters an information retrieval query, a topic feed generator automatically generates a topic feed for publication or distribution to a set of followers or recipients who have elected to receive the topic feed from the user or based on the subject matter content of the query. A feed distributor component automatically distributes the topic feed, which includes the query, to the identified recipients. A search component executes the search and returns results, corresponding to the query, to the user.
