Abstract: A computer-implemented method for delivering an equipment upgrade proposal is disclosed herein. The computer-implemented method includes the step of receiving input related to the nature of use of current equipment. The computer-implemented method also includes the step of estimating a payback period based on the received input. The computer-implemented method also includes the step of displaying textual information detailing the payback period for consideration by a potential customer. The computer-implemented method also includes the step of generating a plurality of different screen displays including at least one screen display during the receiving step and at least one screen display during the displaying step. The computer-implemented method also includes the step of customizing at least one of the plurality of different screen shots based on information associated with the potential customer other than the input related to the nature of use of current equipment.
