Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for digital badges, signs, or any other type of display are provided. One apparatus is directed to display device that may include a microprocessor, a memory, and a display. The microprocessor and the memory are configured to control the display device to receive content from a network device, receive at least one rule used by the microprocessor to determine when the content is displayed, and display the received content on the display according to the at least one rule.

Abstract: Systems and methods for comparing one database structure to another to identify differences between the two. In one embodiment, tree structures corresponding to each database are generated. The tree structures have nodes corresponding to objects in the databases. Each node has an individual check value based on the node attributes and a cumulative check value based on the attributes of the node and its sub-nodes. Beginning with the uppermost nodes of each tree, the check values are compared to identify differences in the check values, hence the node/tree attributes. If the cumulative check values match, the sub-nodes match and do not need to be compared directly. Only the portions of the tree structures that do not have matching check values are traversed. If individual check values do not match, the attributes of the corresponding nodes are compared to determine the exact differences.

Abstract: A molded plastic basket for a shopping cart includes side and front walls formed of a molded gridwork of ribs extending at an angle relative to the upright direction of the basket when it is assembled to a shopping cart chassis. The front and side walls intersect each other along convex arcuate curved corner sections with the gridwork ribs continuously flowing around the corner sections up to a mold parting line provided midway around the curved sections. The ribs of the side walls extend parallel to each other to permit molding of the side walls by a transversely moveable mold section that moves towards and away from the side wall area during molding and the ribs of the front wall likewise all extend parallel to each other in a direction generally perpendicular to the direction of the side wall ribs to enable molding of the ribs of the front wall by another moveable section of a mold that moves in a direction generally perpendicular to the direction of motion of the mold section forming the side walls.
