  • Publication number: 20160259820
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for collecting and processing non-similar data. According to certain embodiments, a first set of signals produced by a first set of sensors is received. The first set of signals is indicative of machine parameters. The machine parameters are organized by a plurality of data channels. Each of the plurality of data channels is associated with a distinct characteristic. A second set of signals produced by a second set of sensors is also received. The second set of signals is indicative of location information associated the machine and corresponding timestamps. The machine parameters, location information, and timestamps are received at a server. The machine parameters, location information, and timestamps are merged into a table. In the table, the machine parameters may be aggregated according to at least one of corresponding data channel, timestamp, and machine ID. A request from a user for information from the table is received. Then the information is output to the user.

  • Publication number: 20160163222
Abstract: A system, method, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for worksite simulation and optimization is disclosed. The method may include obtaining measured data for a plurality of worksite processes on the worksite. The method may further include performing a statistical analysis of the measured data and outputting a statistical distribution of the measured data. The method may further include obtaining machine design performance information for a plurality of machines involved in the plurality of worksite processes. The method may further include obtaining site layout information for the worksite. The method may further include generating a model for operation of the worksite based on the statistical distribution of the measured data, the machine design performance information, and the site layout information.

  • Publication number: 20120101863
Abstract: A method is disclosed for using information related to the service history of a power-train component. The method may include using a machine-management system with at least one information processor to acquire information related to loads experienced by the power-train component during a first period, the first period occurring before a disassembly procedure involving disassembly of the power-train component from a power train. The method may also include employing the machine-management system and the acquired information related to loads experienced by the power-train component during the first period to perform one or more tasks in connection with use of the power-train component after the disassembly procedure.
