    Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for accelerated ergonomic collection of capillary blood. An apparatus and system include a blood collection module with a proximal portion including a vacuum generation chamber, a distal portion including a blood collection chamber, a concave mid portion including a pressure equalization channel configured to equalize reduced air pressure. The apparatus further includes a sealing surface to stably seal the blood collection module to the skin around a collection site and a slide latch actuated by a lengthwise sliding motion. Also included is a lancet carrier with linearly-arranged lancet strips to puncture rows of blood extraction slits in the collection site. The apparatus also includes an angled transfer port with a low-resistance non-microfluidic blood flow channel to a transfer module, then to a plasma separation module with a multilayer laminate and plasma separation membrane. Methods for accelerated ergonomic collection of capillary blood are disclosed.

The method further includes retrieving account balance data objects associated with the digital asset accounts for the first and second users. The method further includes, responsive to determining that the digital asset transfer satisfies one or more transfer conditions, executing the digital asset transfer by executing a closed-loop debit from the first user and executing a closed-loop credit to the second user. The method further includes updating the account balance data object to reflect the resulting balances of each digital asset account.

In one embodiment, a system comprises an inflatable mannequin that comprises a detachable mannequin head, a plurality of inflatable anatomical parts, and a plurality of configurable joints, an inflation system that calibrates and controls inflation of the plurality of anatomical parts of the inflatable mannequin; and a joint control system that calibrates and controls the plurality of configurable joints via joint motors. In another embodiment, a first method comprises selecting a mannequin profile based on sizes of anatomical parts of the inflatable mannequin and second method comprises conducting acoustical measurements with the selected mannequin profile. In this way, acoustical measurements may be conducted to develop audio processing schemes that widen the sweet spot in an interior of a vehicle.

In one embodiment, a method of promoting wound healing comprises positioning an ultrasound transducer at a stimulation site on a subject having a wound. Pulsed focused ultrasound (pFUS) is non-invasively applies using the transducer to cause modulation of a target anatomic site containing resident or circulating immune cells. Modulation of the target anatomic site of the subject causes migration of one or more of monocytes, macrophages, or neutrophils to a wound bed of the wound.
