    Abstract: A low voltage cable conduit system for stadium seating flooring includes a tread base, a riser base, a tread cover, a riser cover, an inside-corner cover, and an outside-corner cover. The tread base and the riser base are mounted perpendicular to each other about a stadium seating flooring. The tread base is linearly enclosed by the tread cover, and a distal end of the tread cover is mounted to the tread base. The riser base is linearly enclosed by the riser cover. The inside-corner cover is positioned over a proximal end of the tread cover. The inside-corner cover can be mounted to the tread base through the proximal end of the tread cover and to the riser base through the proximal end of the riser cover. The outside-corner cover is positioned adjacent to a distal end of the riser cover and mounted to the riser base through the riser cover.

Both program modules i.e., the machining program module and the measurement program module, access one and the same data set, which is defined for instance by geometric model. This common data set permits interactive setup of a workpiece on the screen, and the measurement program and the machining program are set up along with it, consistently and in parallel.

    Abstract: An imaging system scans a light source output over an object to be imaged, and receives the reflected signal in a multi-region light detector, wherein different regions of the object to be imaged are imaged onto different regions of the detector by the receiving optics, and wherein different regions of the light detector can be actuated separately. The light source scanning is synchronised with the actuation of the light detector so that a region of the detector imaging the region of object being illuminated by the light source is actuated. The time of flight of light signals from the light source to the actuated portion of the detector is calculated for all scanning directions, to enable a three dimensional image of the object to be constructed.

    Abstract: In a grinding machine a measurement arrangement is provided for the monitoring of the processing of a work piece, especially to make tools. The measuring arrangement uses, preferably, combined transmitted-light and incident-light based techniques so that both the edges and surfaces and depressions on the work piece are detected precisely. The automatic measurements makes it possible to automatically adjust the process parameters for the grinding process so that changes due to temperature drift, mechanical imprecisions of the mechanical system of the grinding machine or wear on the grinding disks are automatically compensated. This makes possible production of relatively large batches within very close tolerances and with high precision.
