  • Publication number: 20150046092
Abstract: Real-time or near real-time estimates of reservoir quality properties, along with performance indicators for such estimates, can be provided through use of methods and systems for fully automating the estimation of reservoir quality properties based on geochemical data obtained at a well site.

  • Patent number: 5134722
Abstract: An automatic gain control system handles inphase and quadrature phase signals, and is for use in digital cellular radio receiver equipment. The system comprises an inphase signal path and a quadrature phase signal path, each path including a logarithmic attenuator, the inphase and quadrature phase signal paths each including a feedforward path including a logarithmic detector. The output of the detectors are compared by respective comparators with an analogue signal, and output signals from the comparators are arranged to control a counter arrangement which generates a data word which is used to control the performance of the logarithmic attenuators.

  • Patent number: 5130668
Abstract: An amplifier arrangement suitable for use in a receiver for use in a telecommunications system is described. The arrangement includes an amplifier and an FET switch arrangement arranged to alter the time constant of the amplifier in dependence upon the incident signal frequency. A balance switch arrangement is arranged such that switching transients of the switch arrangement are cancelled out in the amplifier arrangement.
