A transverse bubble element on the product side of the bubble valve can expand or inflate thereby inhibiting flow, or contract or deflate thereby allowing flow. A longitudinal bubble element to the side of the bubble valve is used to receive the contents from the transverse bubble element when the transverse bubble element is deflated.
