At the conclusion of said telephonic communication, said system invites the referee to state the name of the first individual; by comparing the voice sample with a stored voice sample, the apparatus then provides identity confirmation to said relying party.

An image of the document is displayed. A user signs the document electronically, and the handwritten signature is electronically captured.
