    Abstract: A system for determining a treatment regimen for chronic pelvic pain (CPP) includes an electromyography (EMG) probe including electrodes. Each electrode detects pelvic floor muscle activity. An EMG sensor array includes bipolar EMG sensors configured to detect muscle activity of muscles associated with or supporting the pelvic floor muscles. An EMG amplifier is in communication with the EMG probe or the EMG sensor array. The EMG amplifier includes a plurality of input channels. Each input channel receives data of muscle activity in the pelvic floor muscles or the muscles associated with or supporting the pelvic floor muscles from the EMG probe or the EMG sensor array. A processor of a computer performs muscle network analysis using the data of muscle activity in the pelvic floor muscles or the muscles associated with or supporting the pelvic floor muscles. A treatment regimen for CPP is recommended based on the muscle network analysis.

The set of alerts can be analyzed to determine whether or not the volume of alerts exceeds a threshold capacity level, which is based on a number of human reviewers available to process alerts. If the volume of alerts exceeds the threshold capacity level, alerts in the set of alerts can be prioritized based on risk in descending order and displayed to the human reviewers. In one instance, alerts below a threshold can be hidden from view of the human reviewers and optionally automatically approved. Further, prioritization can be performed dynamically as new alerts are added to the set.

    Abstract: Event processing for suspicious activity detection is disclosed. Financial events can be detected by receiving data from a plurality of detection channels. The data can optionally be enriched by adding additional details about events. An event or group of events is scored based on pre-defined risk factors and experience, and the resulting score can be compared to a pre-defined threshold. A case for investigation is established when the score is above the pre-defined threshold. Events for which the score is below the pre-defined threshold are sampled to provide the experience for the scoring. Events can be scored by obtaining a plurality of predictors, collecting training data regarding existing cases, and running a logistic regression to obtain weights for the predictors. The likelihood of a case for investigation resulting in a suspicious activity report can then be determined.
