A seat is detachably suspended from the frame and disposed at a position below the upper frame. The seat has an adjustable height. The first stage training aid described above can be converted into a second stage training aid by removing the seat from the frame and removing the back of the frame and the back side portions of the opposing sides of the frame from the front of the frame and the front side portions of the opposing sides of the frame.

The system can then recommend these possible contributors in a ranked order based on how well each collaborator's skills match the requirements of the incident. When the agent requires assistance and creates a conversation, the system can recommend to the agent a list of users that can help, based on the strength of the match to the skill that would equate to the incident.

    Abstract: A process of roll forming a tubular metallic body for a fluid connector comprised of first affixing a tubular metallic body of substantially constant diameter in a roll forming machine, then positioning a series of freely rotatable independent tools in a circumferential pattern surrounding the tubular body. The tools are then rotated within a predetermined velocity range and minimal radial contact is applied between the series of tools and the tubular body. This contact forms at least one radial groove in the tubular body, smoothes the outer surface of the tubular body and decreases the outside diameter of a portion of the tubular body for a predetermined distance along its periphery at a constant, uniform rate. Also the proximate end of the decreasing diameter portion is rounded. Further, the metallic tubular body is fabricated from a 5000 series aluminum alloy.
