Connection pads on the raceway are configured to receive connection nodes of the submodules for providing a continuous electrical connection between the raceway and the submodules for electrical communication and power transmission.

Abstract: A system and method for facilitating user interaction with a software application. An example method includes displaying a first primary window of an application; providing a user option to select a sub-window of the first primary window, resulting in generation of a detached window corresponding to the sub-window in response thereto; leaving a first user interface control in the first primary window in place of the sub-window, wherein the first user interface control provides a first user option to implement a first action pertaining to the detached window; and including a second user interface control in proximity to the detached window, wherein the second user interface control provides a first user option to implement a second action applicable to the detached window and primary window. The user interface controls may be implemented via headers in the primary window and detached window. Data is automatically synchronized between windows.

Abstract: A door protection apparatus for protecting an installed door with at least one existing hinge includes at least one bracket and a hinge-side protective surface. The at least one bracket is configured to attach to the at least one existing hinge. The hinge-side protective surface is secured to the at least one bracket and attached to one of the existing hinges. The hinge-side protective surface is sized to cover a hinge side of the installed door. Wherein, the hinge-side protective surface is configured to maintain position on the hinge side of the installed door during opening and closing of the installed door for protecting the installed door.

Abstract: A system and method for facilitating user access to data and software functionality. An example method includes identifying open windows of plural software applications; accessing rules pertaining to one or more behaviors of one or more of the open windows; and using the rules to adjust the one or more behaviors in accordance with a context of each of the open windows. In a more specific embodiment, the one or more behaviors are adjusted via window groupings in accordance with window context, which includes one or more keywords associated with open windows. The example method further includes displaying a search window with a user option to enter a query using keywords. Search results may identify documents that are associated with window groups associated with keywords of the query.

Abstract: A convertible training aid for multi-stage development of a skater is disclosed. The training aid includes a frame with front, back, and opposing sides. The frame has an upper frame that surrounds the skater, a lower frame, and a plurality of support posts. Each of the opposing sides of the frame comprises a front side portion and a back side portion. The front side portion is detachably coupled to the back side portion. A seat is detachably suspended from the frame and disposed at a position below the upper frame. The seat has an adjustable height. The first stage training aid described above can be converted into a second stage training aid by removing the seat from the frame and removing the back of the frame and the back side portions of the opposing sides of the frame from the front of the frame and the front side portions of the opposing sides of the frame.

The method may also include assigning, by the incident management system, a priority to the incident record. The method may additionally include causing a thread to be generated in an internal social networking application, wherein the thread is based on the incident record. The method may further include linking the incident record in the incident management system to the thread in the internal social networking application. The method may also include generating an interface for an agent portal to display an indication of the thread within a plurality of thread indications according to the priority.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods for facilitating collaboration in a contact center by providing a roster of recommended subject matter experts on a topic related to an ongoing customer contact session. For example, embodiments can use a modification of the skills matching algorithm of the CRM system used to initially select an agent to also evaluate the needs of the service incident, and match those needs with people who would be able to contribute to a conversation and help the agent. The system can then recommend these possible contributors in a ranked order based on how well each collaborator's skills match the requirements of the incident. When the agent requires assistance and creates a conversation, the system can recommend to the agent a list of users that can help, based on the strength of the match to the skill that would equate to the incident.

The tinted window moving device can be controlled to place the tinted window in a first state or a second state. In the first state the tinted window is substantially aligned with the first substantially transparent window so that in order to see out of the first substantially transparent window, an individual must look through the tinted window also. In the second state the tinted window is not substantially aligned with the first substantially transparent window, so that an individual can see out of the first substantially transparent window without looking through the tinted window also.

Then, a second end forming machine tool, carrying a metallic socket, freely receives the tubular body second end portion, contacts the sloped intermediate surface portion, forms a second peripheral bead adjacent the first peripheral bead, while an annular end surface of the socket is compressed and locked between the first and second beads. Further, the tubular body is manufactured from a 5000 series aluminum alloy material.

Abstract: A process of roll forming a tubular metallic body for a fluid connector comprised of first affixing a tubular metallic body of substantially constant diameter in a roll forming machine, then positioning a series of freely rotatable independent tools in a circumferential pattern surrounding the tubular body. The tools are then rotated within a predetermined velocity range and minimal radial contact is applied between the series of tools and the tubular body. This contact forms at least one radial groove in the tubular body, smoothes the outer surface of the tubular body and decreases the outside diameter of a portion of the tubular body for a predetermined distance along its periphery at a constant, uniform rate. Also the proximate end of the decreasing diameter portion is rounded. Further, the metallic tubular body is fabricated from a 5000 series aluminum alloy.
