  • Publication number: 20250075217
Abstract: The disclosure relates to RNA agents targeting LRP1 receptor modified for targeted delivery to the brain and/or the eye. The present invention provides modified double stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNAi) agents conjugated to a peptide ligand, as well as methods of modulating the expression of a target gene in a CNS cell or tissue and/or an ocular cell or tissue and methods of treating subjects having a CNS and/or an ocular disease or disorder using such dsRNAi agents.

  • Patent number: 12242495
Abstract: A system generates a user interface that enables a user to generate a chart from one or more statements of a data processing package. Via one or more user interactions with the user interface, the system may receive one or more chart parameters for a chart. Using a statement from the data processing package and the one or more chart parameters, the system may generate an additional statement and append the generated statement to the data processing package to form an enriched data processing package. The system may communicate the enriched data processing package to a search service for execution. The system may display the results in an interactive chart.

  • Patent number: 5038263
Abstract: An improvement is provided for a circuit having a first winding of N.sub.1 turns connected in series with a total inductance of L across a first voltage V.sub.1 and a second steering winding of N.sub.2 turns connected in series with a total inductance L.sub.2 across a second voltage V.sub.2 with the second winding magnetically coupled to the first winding and the first winding having an inductance L.sub.c produced by the N.sub.1 turns as seen across the first winding comprising L.sub.1 set substantially greater to zero and L.sub.2 set substantially equal to (L.sub.c) (N.sub.2 /N.sub.1).sup.2 ((V.sub.2 /V.sub.1) (N.sub.1 /N.sub.2)-1)). The setting of L.sub.1 and the setting of L.sub.2 providing an improvement to reduce ac ripple current.
